Recommendations on elementary schools with special needs programs in Arlington, VA?

I will be rotating to DC this summer where I will be serving my next assignment. I am a single mom with a 7 year old daughter. I need to find an elementary school that has a good program for kids with special needs. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good elementary school in Northern Arlington? There are a few schools that caught my eye (McKinley; Arlington Science Focus; Ashlawn -- each with a different reason for catching my eye but other than my internet research I don't know that much about any of them). If anyone has any input to offer about these 3 or can offer recommendations on any other elementary schools I would be very grateful. Thank you.
