Auto Mechanic Shop Software?

I'm helping a friend setup his mechanic shop and i want to setup an invoice creator on the computer. I need to know what software i can used to create invoices that lists the work completed, parts changed, and have all prices and taxes calculated. I prefer to used a fairly simple software, something that's idiot proof.
