Esthetician work in Frankfurt Germany?

I am currently working on my esthetician license in arlington texas and i am moving to frankfurt germany as soon as i finish. If anyone knows how to get any work in spa's or in practices, any information would be greatly appreciated. My dream is to be a make up artist in germany so any information on that would be great too!
