A friend of mine is being buried at Arlington in Washington DC next month...?

I know I am wearing a black dress and blank pantyhose and black shoes, along with a black trench coat to the actual funeral. But I was wondering if it would be appropriate to wear a black pencil skirt and white blouse to the viewing the night before?
