How reliable is the 2003 BMW 330xi?

I'm looking into getting the 330xi and I found an 03 for sale with 128k miles. The dealer is asking $8500 for it so I'm wondering if this is a good deal or is it about to become a money pit? The dealer put on new tires, changed the timing belt and water pump and replaced the o2 sensors as well as changed the oil and did an inspection. The outside and inside are flawless and I mean FLAWLESS. It looks like it was really taken care of. I'm new to BMW and am kind of nervous about buying it with 128k on it. Any opinions?
