How to get an approximate insurance cost?

I am doing a project for school and I have to make a future budget and part of the project is figuring out how much car/auto/health insurance will cost. I have to get a pretty good approximation for when I am about 21-22 years old and I have to get it from a source on the internet, I can't just guess. I also have to get it without giving away things like my phone number and email or anything like that. How do I do this? Please help!
