I have 5 year old plant for sale.How do I sell it?

I have a collection of 5year old Hybrid tea roses,Japanese Acers ,Conifers & Clemantis.They all have been very well cared for .We are relocating & I need to sell these plants .Can anyone help.I stay in Wales.
