I have a spyder se and with a reg. gravity fed hopper its a semi auto gun but the balls dont go far enough to?

and with a reg. gravity fed hopper its a semi auto gun but the balls dont go far enough to go into the chamber to fire sooooo its practicaly a single shot wut can i do put more oil on it r wut HELPPPPPPPPPPP
