Looking for a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment in the Washington DC, Maryland,Arlington area?

I will be attending Howard university and working at the verizon center I need an apartment that is close to both of these locations within a 10 miles radius. I really want to live in a neighborhood that is safe doesn't necessarily have to be in a suburb. My price range is $900 and under for a 1bedroom 1 bath apartment. I really need some good suggestions soon. Please Help!!!
