Have a single shot 12ga,only information on the gun is made in arlington,va and super12,12 is in roman number?

i have a single shot 12ga.,the only information on the gun is made in Arlington V.A. and super 12,the 12 in super 12 is in roman numbers.i need more info so i can try to find parts,can anyone help?
