Wells fargo collector 1 salary?

does anyone work as a collector (1) at wells fargo? how's the pay and is management super pushy on sales? right now i'm working as a phone banker for wachovia/wellsfargo and i hate the sales aspect of it. we are pushed to sell products to customers that they don't need, which is called "gaming" in training, but once i got to the sales floor, this is encouraged and pushed strenuously.
